- How quickly can you have my order ready?...We normally have a very quick turn
around. For orders of 500 or less, we usually can have them ready to ship within 2 to
3 business days after you approve your artwork. Just e-mail for specific details.
- What are your shipping and handling charges?...Shipping/Handling charges are
based on your location...and will vary in most cases. Please e-mail for a specific
shipping quote. We typically ship UPS for all orders over 10 oz. If you prefer a
different shipping method, please let us know.
- What do you charge to help design my buttons?...Custom Design Help is
included with all orders. Our Standard Pricing includes design help for a single
design on all of the buttons.
- Can I see the artwork before making my payment?...Yes, we do offer proofs for
approval before payment is required. All proofs are offered as e-mailed artwork or
photos of buttons. We do not mail out free buttons as samples. Individual button
prices are listed on the pricing sheet.
- Can you make photo buttons?...Yes! We are able to produce 2 different styles of
photo buttons...our standard printing, and photo printing. Both make very nice
buttons. The photo printing will, of course, produce a much higher quality photo...but
do check out the standard printing. For the price difference, you may be very happy
to see what our standard printing can do! Please remember, we cannot copy photos
with copyrights! Please be sure that the photos are your personal photos, or that
you have permission from the store/studio to make copies of the pictures. If you have
questions about a specific photo, just ask us.
- What do you charge to personalize badge orders?...Please contact us for a
specific quote for badge orders. Prices will be based on our standard pricing, with a
small fee for the additional time needed to personalize each button.
